ok so I was a little unpleasant..

Yeah, sorry 'bout that. ok what then? I am on a quest to build a bike purpose built to go pretty much anywhere. I would like to find a 500cc V-twin engine with a 6 speed that's reliable and compact. and put it in a DRZ400 frame. And set it up dirt/street tracker style mixed with adv-touring utility (a street tracker with a windshield, hot grips, comfy seat and bags. And knobbies when I need them) See, it needs to come in below 300lbs carry a shit-ton of gas, and my minimalist camping gear. Yet be light enough to deal with in the dirt or if I dump it. I suppose I could just use the 400cc DRZ motor, but it doesn't seem up to the task of long stints on the freeway. Hey, a v-strom 650 motor in a DRZ frame! thats a 6 speed!! I wonder if the v-strom wheels would fit without too much fuss, then I could have the 19"x17" wheel combo I want with tubeless tires and freeway gears to boot! I gotta think about this...
